Not sure why people curse congress for price rise in petrol. Petrol prices are direct reflection of market price with sight control of govt. besides if anyone who is responsible for de regulating petrol was BJP govt in old days. Still people just need to find reason’s to curse someone. (Politically/factually correct persons are welcome to correct my assumptions if they are wrong.)
